True or false???

The other night we went to my nephew's freshman basketball game in Canby, OR. My niece and I entered the gym and some ya-hoo commented on our hair and told us that redheads are going to be extinct by 2050 (give or take 50 years, right?!).

What do you think??? You can vote over there on the right!

Red Heads will ALWAYS be around. Just leave it to me and Jana and our bottles of Redken.

Seriously?? What an idiot. Was the person kidding around or did you know them?

I agree with LL, there are always hair dyes.

NO! False, red is too beautiful.

I hope it's not true! I read the article you linked to, and I wonder... Can red hair just appear out of nowhere??? Burke and I have no redheads in our families, and yet we end up with 3 out of 3 redheaded kids!

The only thing that will be extinct is natural color hair (I'm guilty too, color just looks better)

Wear it proud Ellen!

LOVE LOVE that red hair...

I hope it doesn't happen, although my family is an example of the red hair recession. I am the only one who has it, and my hair is mostly brown. (But if you look at it closely, especially in the sunlight, WHOOSH! you will see lots of red. My dad was a red head, until he started losing his hair.)

maybe rare, but certainly not extinct. both my parents have brown hair and i ended up a redhead - along with three of my siblings.

Some people just don't think before they speak.
