Church @ noon

For the last year I have had church from 3:30-6:30pm. You did not read that wrong. My sister-in-law named it "midnight mass" years ago. Starting today, and throughout the year, church is from 12-3pm and I'm thrilled!

It's still light outside!

I can eat dinner at a normal time and re-institute my "dessert parties"!

And, if I feel like it I can take an afternoon nap!

You may like the noon to three, but I'm thrilled that the UW still meets from 2-5!

3:30-6:30 is suicide! I would go at 6 in the morning if they'd let us! Let's get it done so that we can take our 5 hour naps on Sunday!

Hooray for you! Ours changed to 9 a.m., so those of us with kids are equally excited. Enjoy your dessert parties!

Ugh. I hated that old church schedule. I felt especially sorry for the nursery and primary teachers who had to hold it all together until 6:30 in the evening. Aren't they ever going to build a new building so the wards can spread out a little?
