Sloppy Joes
I saw this in a recent Williams Sonoma catalog and it made me want to share my friend Mariann's recipe for Sloppy Joes (the best I've ever had!):
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 cup ketchup
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 can tomato sup
2 T vinegar
1 T mustard (prepared)
2 T brown sugar
Brown meat. Add ingredients. Simmer slowly for a half hour. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes 15.
