About Me
- ellen
- I was born and raised in Van Nuys, California. I moved to Boston sight-unseen and have loved living in New England since that day when I said, "this apartment is OLD". My hobbies are antiquing, reading books and magazines (bring back Blueprint and Domino please), sewing, quilting, sightseeing, watching movies, and photography. I love the color red and have a retro red refrigerator (and kitchen aid mixer and ice cream maker and toaster and...) to prove it! I live in a converted high school and love decorating my loft condo (w/ 18 foot ceilings) that was formerly the auditorium. I have 3 brothers, 11 nieces and nephews, and a bus fleet of friends.

It took me a few moments to figure out that the oven is a toy, but is the cake on top real? I doubt it, but wow, it looks good.
So that's why you weren't at church yesterday (wink, wink). Did you find anything good?
I am so glad you got to experience all the great New England finds! If Kenley didn't have to work all weekend you can guess were I would have been too!
Those milk cartons (I think thats what they are) could be used as a spice rack. It would look really cute in your kitchen
ok funny me! I just blew the picture up it IS a spice rack. I should look before I write. Anyway, it was still look good in your kitchen.
Wow, Ellen. Excellent wedding photos and I was bowled over by the little treats and decorations at the LaP's party. Adorable tiny cakes ... made out of chocolate layers? Too clever!

I really loved the wedding pics too. Especially where it looks like she has turned her back on him kind of pouty and playful, and the one on the balcony ... excellent work! Were you the paid photographer or just snapping photos for the love of photography?
