I often go walking...

My friend and I have been walking once a week either on the streets/hills in her town or the high school track in my town.  Last night we were walking on the dark streets in her town and the next thing you know, a branch on the sidewalk tripped me and I fell (it felt like slow motion).  I scraped my hand and I feel a bit banged up.

By far the worst part about my fall is that I ripped a little hole in the knee of my favorite jeans.

Oh no! I feel down the neighbor's stairs just a few days ago. I know how you feel!

Dang. I;m sorry.

If it's really little, do you know someone with an embroidery machine? You could embroider a small flower or lear on the hole (put other fabric behind). Then add a few more at the hem or pocket.

Love excuses to go buy new clothes! Falling at our age is a bit demoralizing though. Hope you are ok. ;)

Get right back on that horse -- keep walking!

Too bad about the jeans! You need a headlamp! That's what my friend wore to guide us on our early morning runs last year. I fell on the ice running a year or two ago. OUCH!
