I love this salad! And I know I've asked at least three different friends for the recipe and never made it until tonight. This time I got it from my friend Rachel's "More than just noodles" blog. I had to go to two Stop & Shops to get sunflower seeds (what's up with that?).
I'm lookin' forward to lunch!

This is a great salad! I've used peanuts instead of sunflower seeds.
