About Me
- ellen
- I was born and raised in Van Nuys, California. I moved to Boston sight-unseen and have loved living in New England since that day when I said, "this apartment is OLD". My hobbies are antiquing, reading books and magazines (bring back Blueprint and Domino please), sewing, quilting, sightseeing, watching movies, and photography. I love the color red and have a retro red refrigerator (and kitchen aid mixer and ice cream maker and toaster and...) to prove it! I live in a converted high school and love decorating my loft condo (w/ 18 foot ceilings) that was formerly the auditorium. I have 3 brothers, 11 nieces and nephews, and a bus fleet of friends.

Several of these would make good photo cards!
I just went through your whole gallery of photos.
If none of you all had noticed lately what beautiful photo cards Ellen makes, I think you all should go on over and have a look and BUY some of them. I know I'm looking forward to buying some of them.
Hey, Ellen? Do you take Paypal? It's a super easy way to pay but I didn't see any payment info or price info on the cards.
And I just had an idea, too. I know you often give things away, and that you have generously sent me things in the mail as well, but why not increase your clientele with a regular drawing? Like, during the first week of each month? And we could all send our friends over to sign up for the drawing. I'd send mine over.
Just an idea.
They are so beautiful, I know that everyone would flock over for that give away.
I happened to drive by campus as commencement was letting out. Seeing everyone in their robes is so inspiring. We are REALLY looking forward to being part of that crowd next year (smile and sigh). I might have to hire you to take pictures for us so I can relax and enjoy the day and not be wishing I were taking awesome photos like these.
I like the idea of you having a monthly drawing. Not that you have to...I'm just saying I agree (please please).
