Hey! I've visited your blog several times before, but I can't remember if I've ever said hello. So in case I haven't, hello!
I lived in Nantucket for two summers, and spent some time in Boston. Oh, I LOVE Boston. Love that whole area actually. My husband went back with me to visit, and still says "Chowda" every chance he gets. I am so jealous that you get to live there. Someday...
I'll be back, especially for the pictures. Great pictures, by the way.
HA! my young women think i'm so cool because i text and even have "the rumor" (texting machine!). it was great to see you on saturday, especially at the temple. that is my favorite place to run into people. thanks for being such an amazing friend. nicole
Yeah Ellen, do you text? I remember your struggle with e-mail as you found so much joy in snail mail. Not to mention your joy in film rather than digital. Got to keep up with the times.
I was born and raised in Van Nuys, California. I moved to Boston sight-unseen and have loved living in New England since that day when I said, "this apartment is OLD". My hobbies are antiquing, reading books and magazines (bring back Blueprint and Domino please), sewing, quilting, sightseeing, watching movies, and photography. I love the color red and have a retro red refrigerator (and kitchen aid mixer and ice cream maker and toaster and...) to prove it! I live in a converted high school and love decorating my loft condo (w/ 18 foot ceilings) that was formerly the auditorium. I have 3 brothers, 11 nieces and nephews, and a bus fleet of friends.

I still haven't figured out the joy of "texting" just call the person, it's so much faster.
I agree with Gigi! It takes me 15 minutes to type out "Meet me at 8:00pm."

I am so amazed at how fast kids can text.
