Party Central

Tonight I hosted a baby shower at my place with my friend Jenn! [I'm caught up with parties for a while...] There were yummy treats, fun games, good company and lots of adorable clothes for Jodi's baby girl that is due in 3 weeks! I gave her Motherhood Magnetic Poetry which I'm sure was her most favorite gift.

You're a party animal, Ellen! That's so nice of you to throw all these parties.

Wow! You are like some kind of party queen over there! Wow! And what are those chocolate square thingies with pink filling on the baby shower table? Mmm .... SO pretty they have to be delicious.
I LOVE that tablecloth idea. .. but do we have to EMBROIDER the name onto the cloth? What about fabric paint? hee. Boy ... if my table cloth waited for me to EMBROIDER the names on .. . well, that would be the end of that tradition right there. Even though I love the idea of it. I might hit 100 signatures in my life time. But 1000? wow. Imagine having a prophet or a visiting authority come to your house! That would be a cool signature to have. Apparently I am going to have to UP my craftiness quotient. It's nowhere close to what other women do at their houses!

I love the mommy magnetic poetry!! Everyone will be able to tell what kind of day I've had by simply reading my fridge! I think it's perfect!

Thanks again for the great party!

what a sweet party -- and great set of posts. I'm telling you, you have the best eye. I love your shots. It's a pity you don't live closer. You could come by for Thursday community dinner.
