You asked for the Orange Roll recipe

Orange Rolls (Amanda White)

Combine in Kitchen Aid bowl and set aside until butter is melted:

1/2 cup sugar

1 T salt

4 T butter

1 cup boiling water

Add:

1 1/4 cup cold water

2 eggs

4 1/2 tsp instant yeast (I use SAF)

Process with dough hook and gradually add:

6 1/2 cups flour (spooned into cup) or until dough just pulls away from side of bowl.

Mix for about 5-6 minutes until dough is smooth and shiny. Let rise until double and then knead briefly, adding a little flour if necessary.

Divide dough into four equal parts. Roll each into a circle and spread softened butter on top. Cut into pie shaped pieces and roll from big end to small. Place on parchment covered baking sheets. Let rise until double and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

Let rolls cool for about 20 minutes and then spread glaze on them.

Glaze:

1/2 cup butter

~2 cups powdered sugar

Juice from 1/2 orange

1-2 tsp grated orange zest

Way easier than my Orange Roll recipe...it requires overnight refrigeration - and this looks wonderful!

This looks so good! If I'm reading this right, does this only make four rolls?
