My row
For years (I mean YEARS) I have been sitting on the same row at church. Left side, four rows from the front. It was my row until about a month ago when I decided I was going to start sitting somewhere different every Sunday. I talk to different people. I get a different view. I'm shaking things up.

Livin' on the edge!
You're so crazy! ;)
gypsy.
It's funny how we sit in the same place when we go to church. We had a family in our ward growing up that sat in the last row in the back on the left forEVER and I remember when a new family sat in their row- oh, it was crazy.
New spots are always good too.
Man, I wish you'd come sit by me on Sundays when Michael is working. I know you could entertain Alice with that package of Trader Joe's cookies you used sneak in to sacrament every week.
You've changed Ellen- it's like I don't even know you anymore
I noticed you were moving about...get this- in one of our previous wards the bishop visited RS and Priesthood one sunday to explain that rows don't "belong" to anyone because apparently someone told someone else they were sitting in their spot and they were deeply offended!
I am happy to sit on the right side (if you're facing the pulpit) or the middle, but I NEVER sit on the left side.
I like to get to church before most people, and sit in "their" spots. Nothing like throwing people off on Sunday morning! You're such a rebel, ep!
I noticed! Our side felt so empty without Ellen! Good for you!!
I bet sitting behind a certain boy & girl today was very distracting. Sorry, I can`t control them anymore.
that's what i like about you- always trying new things... even things that might be a little risky!
So bold!
One Sunday, wehad a speaker acknowledge that a few people were not sitting in their "assigned seats" and it threw him off balance.
did you know mom and dad sit towards the BACK of the chapel in lynnfield now!?!?!? my whole world has changed...
.... what are you going to do next? Run with SCISSORS? You ARE living on the edge, girl!
btw. We ALWAYS sat on the left side, about five rows back ... ALWAYS.
And as much as people who "claim seats" bug me ... we totally claimed those seats. lol.
I noticed that Sunday when you were sitting on our neck of the woods...How does that happen?...sitting on one side? I've never understood why my family did it and why I do it.
that's where we sit, too!!! (4th row from front on left). weird. in our case we've realized how it helps our spectrum kiddo to sit in the same spot - when we have to sit in the back he's not happy!
but good for you for mixing it up... as long as you don't sit in 'my' seat. ;)
