I'm happy to report that I've been exercising every day for six days. That's five 30-minute walks and one 40-minute bike ride. I had a mean streak two years ago of walking 20 minutes a day but it didn't last. So here's my question. How long until this craziness becomes a habit? Some say 2 weeks, some say 4 weeks, some say 6 weeks.
All I know is I'm going walking on the town track tomorrow morning at 6:00am.

I don't think it ever does. However, I do think it becomes addictive. I've been going to the gym and walking for the last three weeks and when I slept past the alarm this morning I woke up in a sweat because I had to go (not to the bathroom). Luckily, I was only 10 minutes late so I was still able to fit it in before Chris left for work. I sure do feel better when I'm exercising.
