TBT: Grandma Pitchforth

TBT: my grandma, Athelia Booth Pitchforth. She was born in 1898 and raised in Nephi, Utah. She was an only child (she had 5 stillborn brothers; one was a twin). Her family had one of the first phones and their phone number was 6. She went to college and worked for many years. She had a son and a daughter (my mom) and 8 grand kids. She was a terrific cook and baker and always shared what she made with friends and family. She taught us lots of fun card games. She wrote hundreds of letters. She lived to be 94 and was a great grandma. #grandmapitchforth
