Apple Pie Biscuits

I try to do something in memory of Robes on the anniversary of his death.  I got "Footloose" from the library because he made fun of me when I watched it.  Hello---it's a classic!  But instead of watching it I tried a new recipe (he was a great cook and would be happy I tried something new).  If you like apples, butter and sugar you will love these Apple Pie Biscuits.
