Doll for Cora

My friend's mom passed away this summer and last month I asked if she had a piece of her mom's clothing that I could repurpose for her.  She gave me a red/blue striped t-shirt that was special to her.  I asked my friend Natalie to make this adorable doll (more subcontracting!) and I got it today and gave it to my friend for her little girl Cora.  My friend was very touched when she saw the doll and Cora immediately hugged it.  There is more of the shirt left and I have plans to make a few more things.
