Fabric/quilt designer

Tonight I went to hear Denyse Schmidt speak at the New England Quilt Museum; she is amazing.  I really enjoyed hear her tell the story about her interesting life.  After her lecture I showed her a picture of the quilt on my living room wall made from her pattern and had her autograph a copy of her new book.  I feel like I met a rock star tonight!
