A painting of me

A few years ago I saw a painting that @carrihulet did of @christmasparty and I asked her about ding a painting for me sometime (and I didn't really know her--I'm so nervy!).  Fast forward to this summer when Carri painted my 2nd grade school photo for me.  I got it from her on Sunday and I'm crazy about it.   Now to find the perfect spot to hang it.  I remember this picture day; my teacher "fixed" my bangs (thanks) but I actually love my dress, freckles and even my crooked bangs.  Thank you, Carri, for this beautiful painting.  I will treasure it forever.  And I'm so glad we're friends.  #bestchristmaspresent #arlingtonwardfriendsareforever
