Crawl space: before and after

I worked in my crawl space with my helper @emilymwhitcomb today.  My apartment was the auditorium of a school.  See those marks on the sloped floor?  It's where they removed the auditorium chairs.  You can't see my water heater but it's in there too on the right side.  And a 9' Christmas tree.  I couldn't live without this crawl space.  #epcondo2017
