Chicken salad

I just made 2 cans worth of chicken salad for my meals at the ward campout that starts tomorrow in Sharon, Vermont.  I thought the mayo expired in 11/16.  I just noticed it was 4/11/16.  #andiwaswearingmyglasses #amigoingtogetsickatcampjoe #ibetternot
