Lino Tagliapietra is in the MIT Glass Lab today!  He's amazing.  It was cool watching everyone working with him; they knew exactly what he needed and wanted.  That's why the call him a master glassmaker.

Van Nuys friends

Tonight I had dinner with the Sainsburys and McDowells.  Marlies and I grew up in the Van Nuys 3rd Ward and her mom was my Merrie Miss teacher and is one of my favorite people.  Chrissy has 5 kids and is Marlies' daughter.  I met Chrissy for the first time tonight though we have been social media buddies for a while.  The salmon dinner was delicious and it was so nice to reconnect with Marlies and her husband Bob and hang out with all of them.  #ihavethebestfriends #vannuysthirdwardfriendsareforever
