High maintenance brown butter chocolate chip cookies

My friend sent me a link to this recipe for brown butter chocolate chip cookies.  She warned me they took a while to make.  It took about a half hour just to brown the butter (then you chill it...) and there's an extra step or two.  But...I tried one and they're really really good.  High maintenance but worth it!
