We're not closing down for the summer so I'm not sure why we call it the "Closing Social". We had delicious salads/desserts, lots of interesting conversations, and writing messages in cool little books for the sisters that are moving this summer (sadly, nine of them). It was a fun night (minus the mosquitos). I'm looking forward to some summer "Relief Society Meetings" (everything's a meeting, right?!?).

Wow. It's kind of spooky that you posted this, because I was just thinking about my last closing social in the Arlington Ward today. Jeff made the best grilled veggies and I read a little essay about Boston. Still figuring out a way to move back. Kyle has three colleagues in the area, so I'm thinking sabbatical!
