I had a very tough weekend and I feel like I am in a fog ... so I didn't pay enough attention to the names in the article. ... sometimes I am so self centered. Please accept my apologies.
I have thought of nothing else since Sunday, when we first heard about it. I can't imagine how hard it is for them, and how hard it will be in the coming years. Last night, Dad and I talked about my baby sister's death, 45 years ago, and my 14-month-old nephew's death, last year at this time. Nothing helps but time. And unfortunately, time goes very slow. We are praying for all of you.
Oh Ellen, this is just so horrible; it makes my heart so full for the girls' parents. I am so sorry that it happened, and my heart and prayers are with your family at this time.
i can't help but cry. this is unbearable as i can totally feel the pain of what the parents must be going through. so so horrible. geeze. to loose 2 children? isn't one hard enough? so incredibly sorry Ellen! i will pray for your family. :(
This is more than tragic. I really can't imagine. I had to post a comment on the Desert News article you sent the link for. Many comments were insightful, but some were totally inappropriate. There must be angels comforting them -- God help them overcome this sad accident.

ReplyDeleteThe word sad doesn't even come close to how horrible this is. I am so sorry to hear that she passed away. Two children in 1 week is to hard to bear.
